Cutover Details:

The operator plans to perform a service-interrupting maintenance on the equipment during the primary maintenance window from 08:00 to 16:00 Beijing Time on November 7, 2025. If the maintenance is not fully completed within this period, the remaining work will continue during the backup window from 08:00 to 16:00 Beijing Time on November 10, 2025.

Impact of the Cutover:

During the ISP's cutover of the long-haul network links, cross-region network access quality in the Saudi Arabia region is expected to degrade. In extreme cases, an outage of up to 8 hours may occur. This will primarily affect access to the product console (including APs) in the Saudi Arabia region, as well as the functionality of services such a Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) and Data Transmission Service (DTS). If all operations are completed within the primary window, the backup window will not be used and no network impact will occur during that period. However, if the maintenance tasks are not completed on time during the primary window, the same network impacts will apply during the backup window.
