Change Details:

Due to Alibaba Cloud's security requirements, the access point security level needs to be upgraded. RabbitMQ instance access points now need to use PrivateLink access points, changing from being accessible from any VPC to being accessible only from specified VPC, vSwitches, and security groups.

Impact of the Change:

There is no impact on existing instances.

For newly created instances, there are two impacts:

1. When creating an instance, you will need to specify the VPC, switch, and security group information.
2. Due to the additional costs of PrivateLink, a new instance fee will be charged. This fee is only charged when the billing method is "cumulative." This fee includes the cost of the PrivateLink instance in two availability zones and includes the following free allowance: 1GB of storage space, 30 queues, and 50,000 message sending and consumption API calls per hour (all types, including normal, scheduled, and sequential).
