Thank you for your interest in and support for the public preview of the Web Application Firewall (WAF) Security Operations Agent.

The public preview has completed its current phase of validation. As we prepare for the commercial launch of the product, access to the Security Operations Agent public preview will be discontinued starting September 22, 2026. From that date:

• New users will no longer be able to enable the Security Operations Agent public preview.
• Users who have already enabled the public preview will temporarily be unable to continue using the feature.
• Adaptive protection rules previously deployed through the Security Operations Agent will be deleted.
• System protection rules previously adjusted through the Security Operations Agent will remain in effect.
• The removal of the related configurations will not affect normal business operations.

What’s Next:

The commercial version of the Security Operations Agent is expected to launch in Q4 2026 and will adopt a Credit-based billing model. The specific launch date, feature details, and pricing information will be announced separately. Please stay tuned for further updates.

After the commercial version is launched, users will be able to enable and use the Security Operations Agent again. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
