Changes

In accordance with the requirements of Addendum II of the ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) Registration Data Policy, domain name registrars are required to standardize the management of the Registrant Organization field in domain name registration data. To protect your rights and interests, the relevant policy requirements and our optimization measures are hereby announced as follows:

Policy Background

Pursuant to the provisions of Addendum II of the ICANN Registration Data Policy, effective August 21, 2025, registrars are required to notify Registered Name Holders to:

• Confirm whether the value of the Registrant Organization field is correct;
• Confirm whether the Registered Name Holder agrees to the publication of the Registrant Organization field value.

If the Registered Name Holder confirms or corrects the value of the Registrant Organization field and agrees to its publication, the field value shall be treated as non-personal data and shall be published in the Registration Data Directory Service (RDDS/WHOIS).

Impact on Existing Domain Name Registrants

If you have registered domain names with the "Registrant Organization" information filled in prior to August 21, 2025, please note the following: Information Confirmation:

• Please verify whether the value of the "Registrant Organization" field in your domain name registration data is accurate. If there are any errors, please log in to the domain name management console to make corrections in a timely manner.
• Publication Confirmation: You are required to confirm whether you agree to the public display of the Registrant Organization field in WHOIS/RDDS query results.
• Change in Data Nature: If you agree to publication, the Registrant Organization field value will be treated as non-personal data and will be publicly displayed in WHOIS queries.
• Self-Management: You may adjust the public display status of this field at any time through the "Registrant Organization Field Visibility Toggle" function on the domain name console.

What You Need to Do

• Please log in to the domain name management console and review the relevant announcement notices.
• When proceeding with new domain name registrations, please carefully read and confirm the relevant notices presented during the registration process.
• If you need to modify or hide the Registrant Organization field information, please perform the corresponding operations on the domain name console(Domain Console > Domain Name List > Management).
