Changes
To measure service availability more objectively and improve the service experience, we will update the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the Model Inference Service of Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. This amendment mainly covers the following two items:
- Deduplication of 5XX Failed Requests
When calculating the error rate per 5-minute interval, Model Studio determines whether 5XX failed requests are identical by computing a hash value based on the request parameters. Within one Time Interval, multiple failed requests with the same hash value submitted by the same Alibaba Cloud account to the same model shall be counted as one single failed request. If any one of these requests succeeds, none shall be counted as a failed request.
- SLA Not Applicable to Deprecated Models
Service errors arising from models that have been officially deprecated by the platform shall not be counted in the SLA error rate. Deprecated models are no longer subject to the service availability commitment under this Agreement.
The above amendments shall take effect on September 28, 2026. Your continued use of the Model Inference Service of Model Studio after the effective date shall be deemed as your acceptance of the amended Agreement. You may review the full terms on the agreement page: Alibaba Cloud Model Studio - Model Inference Service Level Agreement.
Thank you for your support of Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.
