The specific timeline for its retirement is as follows:

April 30, 2025: New purchases will cease.

Impact:

New customers will not be able to purchase this service, including upgrades.

Existing customers who have already activated the service can continue using it without any impact.

September 30, 2025: Renewals will cease.

Impact:

The option to renew the product will no longer be available.

Product feature updates will stop.

April 30, 2026: Service termination.

Impact:

Complete product discontinuation, including the console, product services, and ticket services will officially be taken offline.

Additionally, please note that our refund service will also cease on April 30, 2026. If you require a refund, kindly reach out to us before the deadline to arrange the necessary procedures.
