The detailed timeline for the withdrawal is as follows:

April 30, 2025: New purchases will be stopped.

Impact:

New customers will not be able to activate pay-as-you-go services.

The entry point for purchasing traffic packages will be taken offline.

Existing customers who have already activated the service will remain unaffected.

October 30, 2025: Renewals will be stopped.

Impact:

Product renewals will cease.

Product feature updates will stop.

April 30, 2026: The service will be taken offline.

Impact:

The entire product, including console access, product services, and ticketing services, will be officially discontinued.

Additionally, our refund service will also cease on April 30, 2026. If you require a refund, please contact us as soon as possible before the deadline to arrange the refund process.
