Dear Alibaba Cloud International Website Express Connect users:
On June 15, 2019, an update to the Express Connect Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) will become effective. The update will further clarify that the SLA only applies if you maintain multiple physical connections to multiple access points provided by us and that the SLA does not apply to any other scenario.
