Starting from 00:00:00 on June 16, 2026, Beijing Time, STAROps will be available on Alibaba Cloud and support billing. STAROps usage will be charged according to the rules described on the product purchase page and billing documentation.

STAROps is an Agentic Ops platform for cloud production systems. It helps users perform intelligent operations tasks through AI Agents, including system observability, fault diagnosis, log analysis, alert investigation, inspection tasks, and remediation recommendation generation.

This update also introduces a new standalone STAROps console, providing users with a unified product entry point. In the standalone console, users can access core capabilities such as the intelligent operations assistant, long-horizon tasks, custom SRE agents, and integration management, enabling more independent and efficient STAROps management and usage.
