Starting from 2026-08-16 00:00:00, the Quick Investigation, Deep Investigation, and Alert Root Cause Analysis features in the Agentic Operations Platform STAROps will be upgraded from Beta to general availability. Using these features will consume credits based on actual usage.

When you actively use Quick Investigation or Deep Investigation from any STAROps entry point, credits will be consumed.
When you manually click Alert Analysis after receiving an alert, credits will be consumed.
If you have enabled Automatic Root Cause Analysis for alert rules in CloudMonitor 2.0 - Alert Center, credits will also be consumed automatically when an alert is triggered and analyzed. If you no longer need this feature, please disable it before the official billing starts.
