Upgrade content: Alibaba Cloud plans to upgrade some networks in China(Hangzhou),China(Beijing) region.

Upgrade impact: During the upgrade, there may be 2-4 times of disconnection when accessing the instances from public network, each time the disconnection will be limited within 1 seconds. The client will automatically recover after reconnect.
