Target customers: enterprises and institutions whose workloads are latency-sensitive and that want to protect east-west traffic across VPCs. Features released: 1. By default, Cloud Firewall supports dual-zone disaster recovery. If the Default (Auto-assigned) option is selected for both the primary and secondary zones, the active-active mode is used. This mode is suitable for scenarios in which business traffic is latency-insensitive and is easy to configure. 2. Cloud Firewall allows you to specify custom primary and secondary zones. In this case, the active-standby mode is used. This mode is suitable for scenarios in which business traffic is latency-sensitive and helps minimize latency. We recommend that you set the primary zone to the zone in which the business traffic is generated in latency-sensitive scenarios to minimize latency.
