Cloud Firewall - Support the Billing Method Change from Subscription to Pay-as-you-go

Target customers: users who use Cloud Firewall based on the subscription billing method, have NAT firewalls or VPC firewalls enabled, and want to change the billing method of Cloud Firewall from subscription to pay-as-you-go without service interruptions. Features released: 1. Users can log on to the Cloud Firewall console and change the billing method of Cloud Firewall from subscription to pay-as-you-go on the Overview page with a few clicks. 2. After the change is complete, the original instance ID of Cloud Firewall remains unchanged, the system automatically calculates and returns refunds for the unused resources that are billed based on the subscription billing method, and pay-as-you-go bills are generated on the next day. 3. During the change, a transient connection that lasts several milliseconds may occur. Users can change the billing method during off-peak hours. 4. After the change is complete, logs are delivered to a new dedicated project of Simple Log Service (SLS). The related fees are included in the bills of SLS. The original Logstore is deleted. Users must back up logs before the change.
