Log Service - Support for a GTID-based Checkpoint Mechanism
Target customers: Developers and O&M personnel. Features released: Logtail MySQL binlog adds a checkpoint mechanism based on the GTID of a binary log file as the supplement of the checkpoint mechanism based on the entry number (file offset) of a binary log file. 1. Determines whether to use GTID-based checkpoints or file offset-based checkpoints according to the versions and availability of MySQL servers. GTID-based checkpoints are preferred for use. 2. The GTID-based checkpoint mechanism avoids duplicate data collection caused by different entry numbers of primary and secondary binary log files.
