Target customers: users of Landing Zone who have multiple Alibaba Cloud accounts and require unified quota purchase and the ability to share quotas across the accounts. The users want to use only one account for order payment in scenarios in which other accounts experience fluctuating resources. Features released: a. A user can manage multiple accounts within a resource directory. This way, the management account can be used for unified quota purchase. b. The management account can allocate a specific number of quotas to members in the resource directory.
