Resource Access Management (RAM)The system can now proactively notify Resource Access Management (RAM) users about password risks to encourage regular password updates. This feature reduces the risk of account compromise due to outdated passwords and effectively enhances the security of corporate assets.
Content
Target customers: all RAM users. New features/specifications: 1) Multi-channel reminders are sent to RAM users before their passwords expire. Users on the China site receive notifications via SMS and email, while users on the International site receive them via email. 2) To receive these notifications, RAM users are required to bind a security mobile number or email address to their account to serve as the notification channel.
