It is especially effective for businesses with global operations. Designed to solve terminal issues such as failed or slow resolution, domain hijacking, and propagation delays. New Feature: Public Zone has launched Authoritative Module for custom domain resolution, enhancing the speed, security, and anti-hijacking capabilities of domain resolution for terminal applications like apps and IoT. Details: 1. Faster resolution: When an app or IoT terminal queries domain defined within the Authoritative Module, Public Zone returns the resolution results, without performing recursive or iterative lookups. This means it does not query root, TLD, or external authoritative DNS servers, resulting in faster resolution speeds. 2. Anti-hijacking: Defining critical domains as Authoritative domains provides a superior anti-hijacking effect. The resolution path for these domains is shorter and bypasses the recursive lookup process, which greatly reduces the risk of the domain being hijacked. 3. Enhanced security: When private authoritative domains are used as service access addresses in App or IoT terminals, they cannot be correctly resolved by the Internet. This prevents service unavailability that could be caused by DNS-related attacks.
