Target customers: All customers, to facilitate the centralized control of public internet access traffic. New feature: IPv4 gateway is introduced as a centralized portal for unified Internet traffic control. Previously, resources in VPC access the Internet by binding public IPs. This created a risk of uncontrolled access if business units configured public IPs on ECS instances independently, leading to potential data leakage and network attacks. With this new feature, a VPC can be bound to an IPv4 gateway. In conjunction with route policies, this forces all internet-bound traffic to be transmitted through the gateway. This feature allows network administrators to centrally control all Internet traffic, satisfying enterprise-level requirements for unified access management.
