Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)

IPAM supports cross-account resource sharing. This update is designed to improve cross-account collaboration and IP management efficiency.

Content

Enhancement: IPAM supports cross-account resource sharing. Previously, the IPAM Resource Discovery could automatically identify the IP usage status of VPCs and vSwitches, but was limited to resources within the local account. This constrained its effectiveness for centralized IP management in multi-account scenarios. With this enhancement, a business account can now share its IPAM Resource Discovery with a network administrator account. This enables the unified IP management. The result is improved efficiency for cross-account coordination and IP management, helping enterprises build and maintain a standardized network resource governance system.
