Enhancement: IPAM pools support resource sharing across accounts. In enterprise multi-account scenarios, network administrators need to centrally plan IP addresses and allocate them to business accounts for VPC creation. Previously, IPAM pools could only be used by the owner, preventing cross-account collaboration. Now, an IPAM pool can be shared with other Alibaba Cloud accounts within the same organization or outside the organization. This allows accounts to automatically assign a CIDR block from the shared pool when creating a VPC. This feature enables unified address planning, on-demand allocation, and prevents cross-account address conflicts.
