Resource Access Management (RAM)

The AccessKey pairs of Alibaba Cloud accounts grant full permissions to all resources within an account. If compromised, they pose an extremely high security risk. To better protect your assets and reduce the risk of key leakage, we are reducing the quota for an Alibaba Cloud account's AccessKey pairs to two. We strongly encourage users to adopt more secure credentials.

Target customers: all users. New features/specifications: For users who already have more than two AccessKey pairs for an Alibaba Cloud account, you will no longer be able to create new ones. Your existing AccessKey pairs will not be affected and will continue to function normally. We strongly recommend using more secure alternatives, such as AccessKey pairs for RAM users or STS tokens.
