Cloud Firewall - Domain-based Access Control Policies Support Region-based DNS Resolution

Target customers: state-owned enterprises, public institutions, and common enterprises and institutions in various industries that use domain-based access control policies to improve the security of outbound connections. The industries include the Internet, finance, new retail, health care, and education sectors. Features released: Cloud Firewall supports region-based DNS resolution. In outbound domain-based access control scenarios, Cloud Firewall dynamically implements DNS resolution for destination domain names based on the region where the source asset resides. The time required for DNS resolution is decreased from approximately 30 minutes to less than 5 minutes, and the resolution accuracy is improved. Users can view the detailed resolution results of domain names in different regions in the Access Control module. The resolution results are dynamically updated and automatically applied to domain-based access control policies, which improves the security of outbound connections.
