ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL

For ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL instances with specific dedicated instance types and Premium Local SSDs, the default maximum number of connections is increased by 3.2 times and the maximum IOPS is increased by 2 times.

Optimization: With the continuous evolution and development of ApsaraDB RDS, Alibaba Cloud increases the default maximum number of connections and IOPS of RDS for MySQL instances that uses Premium Local SSDs. For these instances, the default maximum number of connections is increased by 3.2 times and the maximum IOPS is increased by 2 times (up to 150,000). For more information, see related documentation. You are not charged additional fees for the optimization.
