Challenge
With its rapid international expansion, iFIT faced a critical challenge when entering the Chinese market. Its global digital infrastructure was not fully optimized for China’s regulatory, technological, and connectivity environment.The company needed to:

● Deployment of SAP Business One on Alibaba Cloud for localized enterprise management, providing region-specific reporting and control.
● Salesforce integration with Alibaba Cloud’s custom extensions, enabling data compliance, localized marketing automation, and CRM workflows tailored for Chinese consumers.
● Support for China’s preferred digital payment systems, ensuring frictionless transactions.
● The transformation of iFIT’s petabyte-scale fitness content library using Qwen model unlocked this asset for a new audience. By matching the tone and timbre of the coaches during automatic video translation, dynamically adapting workout length based on user requirements, and optimizing audio across devices, Qwen became a core engine for rapid content adaptation and personalization.
