Billing By Fixed Bandwidth will be canceled from Dec. 1st, 2016

Dear Alibaba Cloud Users,

In order to optimize and improve the user experience, billing by fixed bandwidth of ECS, SLB and EIP will be canceled from December 1st, 2016.

New buyers of ECS/SLB/EIP from December 1st can only be billed by data transfer.

Existing users with ECS/SLB/EIP instances will not be affected by this change. You can still be billed by fixed bandwidth, but you can no longer change your existing billing type from billed by data transfer to billed by fixed bandwidth. Existing users who wish to purchase additional ECS/SLB/EIP instances also will no longer be able to purchase on the basis of fixed bandwidth.
