1. General Terms for All Offers

b. Users who are using Alibaba Cloud through an agency, reseller, and distributor are not eligible for the special free-trials, and selected product offers.

3. Disclaimer
- Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to cancel and withdraw all coupons and offers you received from this campaign if we determine that you are not eligible for the campaign according to all your actions on our platform, including, but not limited to, trying to get more benefit through fraud, illegal activities, or any other activity that conflicts with our terms of service. Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to change or update the terms and conditions of this campaign without notice. This includes adjusting the rules of the campaign according to business needs.
4. Free Trial conditions
- a. Free trial products need to meet the "first use of the product" condition, namely, there is no historical order under the product you choose to try.
b. Each user is entitled to a one-time free trial of each product unless specified otherwise. If you have multiple accounts, only one account is eligible to participate.
c. During the free trial period, you must add a payment method to continue using the service for free. These payment methods include the credit card, debit card, and PayTM.
d. Users who pass our Company Real Name Registration verification process are eligible for Enterprise Free Trial. Those who have already joined our Individual Free Trial are not eligible for the Enterprise Free Trial.
e. The products offered in the Free Trial program are subject to Alibaba Cloud online terms.
f. If we find that you are not qualified to participate in the free trial activity, the instances that you create during the free trial period are stopped. These instances will be released after 15 days. We will send you a notice 72 hours before these instances are stopped.
g. You can enjoy a special offer on the first renewal of a free-trial ECS or SAS instance. However, you cannot modify the instance configurations, such as upgrading the configurations or purchasing additional data disks. The renewal period is one year. The instances involved in the activity are subject to the information displayed on the buy page.
5. Terms & Conditions for ECS and Simple Application Server
- a. The special offers apply only to accounts that purchase Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instances or simple application servers for the first time. If you have purchased ECS instances or simple application servers, you cannot enjoy the special offers.
b. Each user can enjoy the special offers on the first purchase for one month and a renewal of a one-month/six-month/one-year subscription. And users cannot modify the instance configurations, such as upgrading the configurations or purchasing additional data disks etc. Subscriptions of other periods cannot enjoy the special offer on a renewal. If you place more orders after the special offers are enjoyed, you are charged at the prices on the Alibaba Cloud official website.
c. To enjoy the special offer on the renewal of multiple instances, you must renew the instances at a time rather than renewing each instance at a time. For the special offer details of instances, see the cards on the page.
d. Users who purchase Alibaba Cloud products through agents, resellers, and distributors cannot enjoy the special offers.
