We leveraged PolarDB for PostgreSQL, along with other Alibaba Cloud products, to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Chatsy.

Here are some of the ways we utilized these products:

  • PolarDB for PostgreSQL: We used PolarDB for PostgreSQL as our database solution, as it provides high availability, scalability, and performance, even under heavy loads. The addition of advanced features like PolarDB for AI & GDN also allowed us to further optimize our solution for AI-driven applications.
  • Elastic Compute Service (ECS): We utilized ECS instances to host and run our Chatsy application, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Object Storage Service (OSS): We used OSS to store and manage customer data and logs, ensuring durability and accessibility.
