There are three different types of tickets available for the 2019 Apsara Conference: VIP Pass, One-Day Pass, Three-Day Pass.

• VIP Pass: Early Bird Discount Price: $620.00 / Full Price: $770.00
• One-Day Pass: Early Bird Discount Price: $25.00 / Full Price: $45.00
• Three-Day Pass: Early Bird Discount Price: $65.00 / Full Price: $100.00

Group Pass Discount:

• During full price, get a 10% discount on the total cost when purchasing 10 or more passes in a single order.
• Early bird passes are on sale from July 1, 2019 to July 14, 2019.
• Full price passes are on sale from July 15, 2019 to September 20, 2019, or until sold out.

How do I buy tickets?

You can purchase tickets and passes online at the official Aspara Conference website.

Why must I submit an ID to purchase a ticket?

According to the relevant authority’s general safety requirements for large-scale events, all attendees must use their real name when registering and entering the venue.

Can conference tickets be refunded or exchanged?

All ticket sales are final. We do not provide exchanges or refunds. Please verify your order preferences before your purchase.

How do I sign in at the conference?

Before the start of the conference, the organizing committee will send an e-ticket containing instructions on admission to the conference. All ticket holders will receive a QR code to the email address you used to register. Please bring a valid ID document and the e-ticket to the conference venue to register at the entrance in order to be allowed to enter the venue. Please bring a valid ID document to exchange the SI headset.

Is there an age limit for conference participants?

In the interests of on-site safety, the conference organizers do not recommend that people under the age of 16 attend the conference. Minors will only be admitted if accompanied by a legal guardian at all times, and can only participate in the conference's exhibition activities. Participants under the age of 16 do not need to purchase tickets to enter the venue but will need to show valid ID to prove their age.
