We sincerely appreciate your support for Alibaba Cloud's cloud entrusted payment product. Due to internal product adjustments at Alibaba Cloud, we have scheduled to cease purchase services for new users of the cloud entrusted payment product by July 31, 2024. Customers who have already purchased the product will not be affected. We plan to stop renewals for existing customers on October 31, 2024, and the service will be completely terminated by March 30, 2025. At that time, product support services and ticket services will also be discontinued. Additionally, our refund service will cease on March 30, 2025. If you need a refund, please contact us as soon as possible before the deadline to arrange the refund operation.
